Have you ever heard of Garden Vegetable Sandwiches? My grandmother was talking about them yesterday when we were visiting her and she was trying to find the recipe for them. I have never heard of such a sandwich but she says that they are delicious! I guess I should find some time tonight to browse Google to see what I can come up with for her. She is so fascinated by the Internet and the information that can be found so she gave me a list of things to look up for her LOL
