OK so this is a great contest but I do have to admit here that I do know first hand how great this Hamilton Beach Stand mixer really is. I got one of my own just before Christmas and I couldn't image my kitchen without it. But don't hold that against me....with that being said my mother is just waiting for the day that I hand this mixer over to her. I know she bakes a lot of cake for people and is considering starting to make wedding cakes for sale and she could really use a stand mixer. I am almost to the point of handing over my favorite kitchen appliance to my mother but if I am fortunate enough to win this stand mixer I will be able to keep mine and give her a gift that she will enjoy everytime she sets food into her kitchen as I do. I use mine for everything and I mean everything.
