MY LOVE FOR ART

I love to draw and paint and I have been told that I get this from my grandmother's sister Kay who was a great artist. One of my favorite paintings she did hangs in my grandmother's living room and I can only imagine being able to paint the way she did. With the interest I have in art I find myself drawn towards oil paintings , however this isn't something that I myself can get the hang of. One artist I pay quite a bit of attention to and have studied I High School was Vincent Van Gogh who tops the annual list of most popular oil paintings in 2007. I have noticed that my older children are showing an interest in art as well and I'm sure they to can be great artist someday.
