Instead of crashing back to bed once the kids get off to school this year I wanted to try something new. So now I get up and walk the kids up to school and then I walk down to do my tzone and then I either walk home or walk down to hubby's work to meet him down their. I am feeling so much better and my clothes are fitting so much better, it's great. Now I am really tired by the end of the day but it is so worth it.
