OMG Christmas in less then 3 months

I feel so far behind, normally we would have our Christmas list all ready and about 3/4's picked up. We have barely started getting any gifts yet, our list hasn't even been scribbled out let alone a clear plan. I am just wondering if everyone else is in this situation or not, I would love to hear about some of your plans on how to get ready and organized as we seem to be all out this year.
